Official Raffle Rules
1. Eligibility

- Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
- No purchase is necessary to enter unless otherwise stated.
- Void where prohibited by law.
- Employees, board members, and immediate family members of the organizing entity may be excluded from participation at the organizer’s discretion.

2. Sponsor
​
This raffle is organized by Hope Fellowship Church of Florissant, located at 646 Rue St. Francois Street, Florissant, MO 63031 and Life Skills training Academy (https://www.lifeskillstrainingacademy.org/), located at 620 Rue St. Francois Street, Florissant, MO 63031.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Entry Period
​
The raffle begins on 12/1/2025 5:00 pm CST and ends on 12/22/25 5:00 pm CST. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter
​
Participants may enter the raffle using one or more of the following methods:

Paid Entry: Purchase a raffle ticket for 20 each or 3 tickets for $50 through Zeffy.com .

Free Entry: One free entry may be obtained by mailing a written request to Hope Fellowship Church of Florissant, 646 Rue St. Francois Street, Florissant, MO 63031. You must include your full name, address, email, and phone number. Only 1 entry per person and address.

Each entry must include accurate contact information. Invalid, incomplete, or duplicated entries may be disqualified.

5. Prize
​
- Prize: Custom Ultimate Christmas Tree with 10 Starter ornamental homes.
- Approximate retail value: $3500
​
No cash or prize substitution is permitted except at the organizer’s discretion.
The prize is non-transferable and must be claimed as awarded.
6. Winner Selection
- One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The drawing will take place on 12/23/25 at 5:00 pm CST via Facebook Live.
- The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
- The selected winner will be contacted via email within 12 hours of the drawing.
- The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
- If the winner fails to respond or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Prize Delivery
- The prize will be shipped to the winner on or before February 20, 2026.
- The organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
9. Publicity
By entering, participants agree to allow Hope Fellowship Church and Life Skills Training Academy to use their name, photo, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

10. Liability Release
​
By entering, participants release and hold harmless [Your Organization Name], its officers, employees, volunteers, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or from acceptance/use of the prize.

11. Privacy
Participant information will be used solely for the administration of this raffle and will not be shared or sold.
12. General Conditions
- The organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise the integrity of the promotion.
- The organizer’s decisions regarding all aspects of the raffle are final and binding.
